At Oculus Eyecare, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy for all unworn eyewear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
